Refunds, Replacements & Order Issues

At Love Your Neighbor Cafe, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect shipping address or product selection is provided at checkout, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have already been processed or shipped. A new order will need to be placed at the customer's expense.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect grind, damaged product, or a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If the error was on our end, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please make note that a quality issue refers to a manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment defect, such as receiving the wrong product, wrong grind, damaged packaging, or a product that is defective upon arrival. Personal taste preferences, flavor expectations, or ordering the wrong item do not qualify as quality issues.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include filing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement order.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product sent
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Order unable to be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
